Refunds & Cancellations
All the products listed on the Site will be
sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of
ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although
prices of most of the products do not fluctuate daily some of the commodities
prices may change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on
the date of delivery additional charges will be collected or refunded as the
case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.
IOTtech Bazaar is not liable for any
products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged,
please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging
materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. In case you receive the
wrong item contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it
right.
Proof of bill and original packaging must
be provided at the time of exchange. Once used, products will be ineligible for
exchange or return. In case the package is damaged or destroyed before delivery
to the customer, the customer will have to share the unboxing video of the
package with the IOTtech Bazaar team.
For any product that is lost, damaged or
missing the buyer has to report it within 48 hours from the time of delivery.

IOTtech Smart Product Pvt. Ltd. team will
review the issue and if found genuine IOTtech Smart Product Pvt. Ltd. will take
necessary action to solve customer concern.
Returns/refunds will be allowed only within
3 days of delivery and only in case of manufacturing defects. Our support team
will verify the same over video call. Refunds will be issued after the kit has
been received by our production team and verified by them. The customer will
need to bear the return shipping cost.
Note - Refunds will not be permitted for 9V
alkaline battery issues since we ship third-party batteries and do not take
ownership of manufacturing defects in this case

issue and if found genuine IOTtech Bazaar will take necessary action to solve the
customer's concern
In case of returns for orders paid through
card or net banking, money will be credited back to the card or e-wallet and
will take a minimum of 10-15 working days to reflect in the statement. For
Cash-on-Delivery orders, you will need to email us your bank account details
for us to transfer the amount to you. This process will also take 10-15 working
days to reflect in the statement.
Cancellations Policy
An order cancellation request will be
accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped by us.
If the cancellation request is accepted,
you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
IOTtech Bazaar reserves the right to cancel
or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons including but not
limited to, the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors
or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the
customer.
Shipping Policy
As part of the registration process on the
Site, IOTtech Bazaar may collect the following personally identifiable
information about you: Name including first and last name, alternate email
address, mobile phone number and contact details, Postal code, Demographic
profile (like your age, gender, occupation, education, address etc.) and
information about the pages on the site you visit/access, the links you click
on the site, the number of times you access the page and any such browsing
information. All orders are processed within 3-4 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of
orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in
transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of
your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
