Pricing , Payment and Delivery Terms

IOTtech Bazaar, a division of IOTtech Smart Products Pvt. Ltd., handles all payments and credits. The price of goods is as listed on the IOTtech Bazaar website, inclusive of applicable taxes. Upon successful acceptance of an offer to purchase, the delivery date of the goods will be communicated by IOTtech Bazaar.

Delivery may be subject to certain conditions and charges, as stipulated by IOTtech Bazaar. The company reserves the right to decline orders if customer veracity is suspected, if orders are incomplete, or if goods are unavailable. IOTtech Bazaar shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim resulting from declined orders.

In the event of an error in the description or price of goods, IOTtech Bazaar reserves the right to supply goods at the correct price, and the buyer is obligated to pay the correct price. Buyers are advised not to cancel the order or refuse delivery in such cases. IOTtech Bazaar will confirm any price variations with the buyer before finalizing the order.

IOTtech Bazaar assumes no liability for errors or omissions. The buyer/user is responsible for providing the correct delivery address, and IOTtech Bazaar shall not be held accountable for delays due to incomplete addresses.

It is important to note that IOTtech Bazaar will arrange for product delivery only after receiving payment from the buyer/user. Placing an order on the site constitutes a firm commitment to purchase, and the buyer is obligated to complete the transaction without contesting it.

Buyers/users are encouraged to carefully review the product description before placing an order.

IOTtech Bazaar warrants that the Goods will at the time of delivery correspond to the description given by IOTtech Bazaar or else will get approval from the buyer for any change.

All orders are processed within a Minimum of 3-4 business days or a Maximum of 15 days from the day of Placing the order.

Orders are generally processed within 3-4 business days. In the event of high order volumes, shipments may experience slight delays, and affected customers will be notified via email or telephone.
